At Skeeters.shop, each product is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

Once the issue is verified, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will correct the issue promptly.
Non-Refundable Items
Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
